House Policies

Welcome to our property! We are proud to provide a smoke, tobacco, marijuana, and vape-free environment, ensuring a and healthy stay for all our guests. Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Our accommodations are perfect for two adults and up to two small children, with options for additional bedding for kids under 12. We kindly ask for your cooperation during quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. Please note that there is no beach access from our property, but you are welcome to enjoy a fire in the fire pit (weather permitting) and make use of our BBQ station for cooking

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 2) with prior approval and a pet fee of $35.00 per night, per pet. Please note, only dogs are allowed due to allergy concerns, and undisclosed pets will incur a $75 charge upon arrival. Additionally, we cannot allow Pitbulls, Rottweilers, or Wolf hybrids due to our Insurer requirements.

Cancellation Policies

Please find the cancellation and payment policy below: We provide a full refund for cancellations made within 24 days of your reservation. If you cancel at least 8 days before your check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued. Both cleaning fees and pet fees are fully refundable. Please note that cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. Alternatively, a one-year credit can be requested for future use, and you will need to contact us directly to utilize any credits. Additionally, please be aware that our payment provider charges a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from any refunds issued.
