Welcome to Tanbark Shores Guest House We are proud to offer a smoke‑free, tobacco‑free, marijuana‑free, and vape‑free environment to ensure a clean and healthy stay for all guests. Check‑in begins after 3:00 PM, and check‑out is required by 10:00 AM. Our accommodations are ideal for two adults , with additional bedding available for children under 12.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of our coastal neighborhood.

Please note that there is no beach access from the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit (weather permitting) and make use of our BBQ station during their stay.

Pet Policy

We welcome well‑behaved dogs (up to 2) with prior approval and a pet fee of $35.00 per night, per pet. Due to allergy concerns, only dogs are permitted. Any undisclosed pets will incur a $75 fee upon arrival.

For insurance reasons, we are unable to allow Pitbulls, Rottweilers, or Wolf hybrids.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 14 days or more before your reservation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before check‑in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check‑in are non‑refundable.

All cleaning fees and pet fees are fully refundable. Guests may request a one‑year credit for future use in place of a refund; credits must be arranged directly with us.

Please note that our payment provider charges a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued.
